I have found that my relationship with ChatGPT is very similar to many; it expands my capacity to create quality online content and to learn more about myself. Along with sharing the best prompts for a physical, mental, and spiritual glowup, I want to make readers aware of the impending dark side of ChatGPT dependence.
A new study suggests that the consistent use of AI tools and its dependency on them can lead to your brain shrinking. And neural pathways slowly disappearing. Neurons pave pathways as we get older and learn new things-it expands our brains because, just like how we were when we were kids, we will inevitably get smarter. No matter what you think about yourself or what others have said, you continuously get smarter every day, sadly. However, supposedly ChatGPT is hindering that growth and is causing our ability to hold attention, to complete complex tasks and our complex ability to be self-reliant. To shrink..
How can someone fix this? Well, it can’t. The best that you can do is find a balance of when you can use ChatGPT and when you can’t. Despite popular belief, most specialists believe that we have 15 to 20 years before ChatGPT or AI can truly understand and replicate complex human emotions. And for most of the time, chatty GPT is growing up wouldn’t really it was originally giving us information like it’s a toddler with now growing up to being a twin nature. It simply reflects the energy that we get back to it.
Using chat GPT continuously in schoolwork, creative writing and career growth enables me to clarify its uses and limitations. And what is simply a gimmick?
With astrology, ChatGPT is amazing with that. I can easily answer astrology questions and more detail, especially questions I got from TikTok. It’ll give me a knob so sensationalist perspective, and I learned more about myself, and I gained confidence, strength,
Manifestation, I think AI is a powerhouse tool. With you being able to create pictures and images of yourself in the future, doing such things to create the supervision board will be another article soon.
With schoolwork, I know for a fact that it is not good for writing long for content or synopses. But in assisting with an email or two, we’ll make a bigger difference. Using it to also help summarize large bodies of work is make it mostly helpful. It could also help you in outlining essays and outlining presentations. Although I prefer to do those myself unless I absolutely need to rely on it.
For career opportunities, if you want to create a bulk amount of LinkedIn post go for it. After all, everything on LinkedIn is already GPT if you really pay attention. So I doubt the traction would get people interested since that’s everything people are seeing.
No matter how hard you try, though ChatGPT will always sound like ChatGPT. It has its own cadence and writing style that sadly no matter how hard you try, it will not effectively shake away.
However, using it to help edit a resume and also to write cover letters that combined your résumé with a job description has been overly helpful. My one big tip, however, is to make sure to go and rewrite it in your own words rather than copy and pasting because that will cause it to be flagged as AI.
Let’s get into how to create a prompt and why the prompts work:
ChatGPT has a very linear brain. It requires input and output. It requires a specific mission, and it is very task oriented. Think about that kid in high school with really thick glasses that love counting but hated algebra. It always wants to do things to your specification, unlike maybe your boyfriend, who says, “You can do the dishwasher better than me though.” And then he says that he will race you as he’s on the couch playing Fortnite.
When you were talking to an AI and you’re giving it a quest, you must be utterly specific and detailed and make sure you make it very clear. It’s objective and what you’re looking for in the end results.
ChatGPT can be wrong, so instead of basing it off of things, you’re asking it to search for you. I highly recommend giving it links to articles or PDFs that you wanted to base its answer on. After all, if you are trying to study for an exam, it will be based on the reading material and not Google.
You also need to give ChatGPT the identity, make sure you exercise its expertise even if you get a specialty chat for astrology literary agent. It is imperative that you let it know its job and who it is.
At the beginning of a prompt, say an example of:
“You are a beauty expert with 10+ years of experience, you also have a PhD in the social sciences and psychology, and you could use science back research to determine real beauty tips and changes to appearance of mindsets that are helpful for living the life you want and getting that real factor”
The info:
“here is a general description of my appearance:
My hair color and style: insert
Face shape:
Body shape/height and measurements:
Skin tone, texture and type:
Eye color:
(Choose a goal)
The goal:
“Using psychology and science and your experience, I want you to recommend makeup, hairstyles, and outfit variations according to science that make me more persuasive, charismatic, and also are extra flattering on me”
Goals 2:
“Using this information, please tell me which color theory I should use for my MMI: winter, autumn, spring, or summer?”
Please label 12 colors. I should wear more often — some neutrals and some statements — along with patterns and types of jewelry — silver, gold, bronze, or rose gold.
Recommend hair color, hairstyles, nail color, and perfumes. Please also specify for each recommendation. Why set your source on how scientifically and psychology it can improve my life.”
Goal 3:
“With this information about my face shape, hair color and facial features, please let me know what type of makeup trends would be most flattering on me. Give me a quick and easy five — step tutorial of the makeup look I’ll be flattering with me. So I can do quickly if I’m running late, and then a long version as well. Be detailed and based it off and makeup that I already have here’s an example of makeup I already own.
(be specific and label the type of mascara you have, colors usually use type of lipstick brands you use and also if you have an eyeshadow palette, what type of colors you usually already own.)
(don’t forget to mention your skin texture and type)
Next, input an output.
Remember, it’s Mission oriented. You must give it concise instructions and specify the type of answer you would want to get. Instruct the AI to use the provided information. AI is also solution oriented, so being specific and making sure right away it knows its goal, task, and method is important.

At the heart of a glow up isn’t just a new routine or a sharper wardrobe — it’s the quiet, intentional choice to care for yourself in small, consistent ways. The beauty of these AI-crafted prompts is that they act like gentle mirrors, reflecting back possibilities we might not see on our own. Whether it’s reimagining your skincare, refining your style, or finding new rhythms of self-care, each prompt offers a doorway into growth. And when those doorways are opened daily, they lead to a transformation that feels less like a sudden makeover and more like an awakening. Because the true overnight glow up isn’t about becoming someone else — it’s about becoming more you.
